Growing up in Northern California, Jim witnessed first hand the collapse of the lumber and fishing industries that were once the economic foundations of the region, during the period when 'greed was good.' It's an experience that has stayed with him to this day. After the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, he began a 25 year career as an Art Director, before founding GreenGraffiti® in 2008. For Jim, GreenGraffiti® is first and foremost an opportunity. Or, more accurately, many opportunities: To prove that the communication industry can contribute towards solving the issues of climate warming. To give back to communities. To provide an
alternative to traditional, unsustainable
advertising. In short, to show just what
can be done.
